Thank you for choosing modpopdeco. We are well aware that artistic wall hangings are not only embellishments in home Spaces but also unique expressions that carry emotions and tastes. Therefore, we pay special attention to efficiency and safety in the transportation process, striving to ensure that every customer can receive their desired works with peace of mind. The following is our detailed transportation policy. Please read it carefully before shopping to better understand the transportation process, delivery time and precautions.

I. Order Processing Time

All of our orders are usually processed and packed within 2 to 4 working days.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed starting from the next working day.

If you purchase custom-made wall hangings, due to the additional design and production time required, the processing period may be extended to 7-10 working days.

Ii. Mode of Transportation and Delivery Time

We offer customers a variety of transportation methods to meet different needs

Standard Shipping: It is expected to be delivered within 5 to 8 working days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: Suitable for customers with urgent needs, usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

International Shipping: For customers outside the United States, the delivery time varies by country and region, generally around 10 to 20 working days.

Please note that the above transportation timeliness is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be affected by the logistics company, destination location and uncontrollable factors (such as weather, customs clearance delay, etc.).

Iii. Freight Description

Free shipping is available for standard shipping orders within the United States over $50.

Orders under $50 will be charged a fixed shipping fee. The specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page.

Express and international transportation will be charged separately based on weight, volume and delivery address.

Iv. Package Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and logistics inquiry link via email to facilitate your real-time tracking of the package status. If you do not receive the tracking information within 48 hours after shipment, please contact the customer service team in a timely manner.

V. Transportation Scope

At present, we mainly support domestic transportation within the United States, and also accept some international orders. If your country or region is not within our delivery range for the time being, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to provide you with a feasible solution.

Vi. Receiving and Signing for Receipt

Please make sure that the delivery address is filled in correctly and completely to avoid delays or losses caused by an unclear address.

For high-value or large-sized wall hangings, we may choose a transportation method that requires signature confirmation to safeguard your rights and interests.

If you find the package severely damaged when signing for it, please take photos on the spot and refuse to accept it, and contact us immediately. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics company and rescheduling the shipment.

Vii. Transportation Risks and Responsibilities

After the package is delivered to the logistics company, we will do our utmost to ensure the safety of transportation. However, due to uncontrollable factors during transportation, if there are any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance issues, we sincerely ask for your understanding.

If the package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof. We will collaborate with the logistics company to solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Viii. Special Notes

Holiday peak periods: Such as Christmas, Thanksgiving and other shopping peak periods, the delivery time may be delayed. Please arrange your shopping time reasonably.

Eco-friendly packaging: In response to the concept of environmental protection, we will use eco-friendly materials for packaging as much as possible and also ensure that the packaging is strong enough to protect the wall hangings.
