My story

I started ModpopDeco in the summer of 2014.  I had just graduated with my A.S degree in Art and Design.  I couldn't wait to get started in creating and springing into the wild and thrilling adventures of my own small business!

I specialize mostly in handmade foil prints.  I use two printers, an inkjet and a laser printer, and a laminator to create and bring to life all of the foil prints you see in my shop.  Everything is made to order by me which helps cut back on waste.

How my foil prints are made: First the background design is printed on an inkjet, then the design that will be foiled is printed next on a laser printer, then finally passed through a laminator to fuse the metallic foil sheet to create stunning artwork.  I am involved through the whole process;  the designing, making, packaging, shipping and customer service.
