Return and refund policy

Thank you for choosing modpopdeco. We attach great importance to the shopping experience of every customer and hope to create a more artistic and warm space for you through our wall hangings. However, we also understand that sometimes you may need to return the goods or apply for a refund. To safeguard your rights and interests, we have specially formulated the following return and refund policies. Please read carefully before shopping to better understand the relevant procedures and conditions.

I. Return Conditions

Product in good condition: The returned goods must remain in their original state, unused, unhung, free of stains and damage, and come with complete packaging and accessories.

Return period: Customers must submit a return application within 30 days after receiving the goods. Requests made after the deadline may not be accepted by us.

Non-customized items: Customized wall hangings (including products with special sizes, personalized designs, special colors or customer-specified requirements) are not eligible for return or refund services, unless there are obvious quality issues or transportation damage with the product.

Ii. Refund Conditions

Quality issue: If the product is damaged, has printing flaws or is seriously inconsistent with the description, please provide clear photos and contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will verify and process a refund or replacement for you.

Transportation damage: If the goods are damaged during transportation, please take photos immediately and provide the logistics proof. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.

Customer reasons for return: If a return is requested due to personal reasons (such as not meeting expectations, size not fitting, color deviation, etc.), we will accept the return request provided that the goods remain in good condition. However, the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost and related expenses.

Iii. Return Process

Please provide the order number, purchase date, problem description and relevant photos.

Confirmation and Approval: Our customer service will review your application within 2-3 working days after receiving it and inform you whether you meet the conditions for return.

Return of goods: Once confirmed, you will receive the return address and relevant instructions. Please pack the goods properly and return them within the specified time.

Refund processing: After receiving and checking the returned goods for accuracy, we will process the refund for you through the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Iv. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable situations

Goods that have exceeded the return period;

Goods that have been used, are damaged or lack packaging and accessories;

Personalized customization, clearance sales or limited edition products;

Goods sent back without authorization.

V. Special Notes

Color difference description: Due to differences in display and lighting, there may be a slight color difference between the actual item and the picture. This is a normal situation and cannot be used as a reason for return.

Dimensional error: Manual measurement may have an error of ±1-2cm, and such situations are not regarded as quality issues.

Shipping fee description: If the return is due to quality or transportation damage, we will bear the return shipping fee. If the goods are returned due to personal reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping cost by themselves.
